This is Krobia xinguensis. I bought two pairs last year and unfortunately lost one of the females. The males are looking really good though. They're trying to decide who will get the remaining lady.
Sorry for the water spots on the aquarium glass. I really need to get better about cleaning the glass before taking pics, but they were out and looking good, so I wanted to jump on the opportunity. I think the male's red facial markings look really good here.

One final pic. I originally had these guys in a 125 with my geos, but I like them here. They've been doing really well. Really need to cleanup that tank though.
